If I had to trace my design journey back to one moment, it would be sitting in front of the TV playing Sonic the Hedgehog. That’s where my curiosity started, wondering why something feels intuitive, why certain interactions “just make sense,” and how small details can pull you into a whole new world. Gaming made me think about interaction design long before I even knew the term existed.
That spark is still there. Whether I’m shaping a flow, refining a UI detail, or guiding a discovery process, I’m always trying to create experiences that feel natural, meaningful, and genuinely helpful for the people using them.
My background in zookeeping (yes, really!) follows me into design too: observing behavior, noticing patterns, understanding needs and pains, and trying to make environments work as naturally as possible. Turns out that aligns surprisingly well with product design 😉
💖 What I care about
I believe great design happens when user needs, business goals, and collaboration all work together. I care deeply about:
- Making things simple without dumbing them down
- Designing with data and insight, not just assumptions
- Accessibility and inclusion
- Working with people, not around them
Workshops, research, discovery processes, and sharing ways of working are where I feel at home. That’s where real design decisions get shaped.
🌍 Life outside of design
I live in Stockholm with my husband and daughter, a kid who reminds me daily that it’s totally fine to be a little silly. I have relatives in Finland and therefor proudly collect Moomin mugs. I love to travel, listening to music and books and probably eat more chips and dip than I should (no regrets). I am also a gamer and love to delve into a great story whenever I got the time.
