Turns out observing behavior and staying calm in chaos is useful in product teams too.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve moved from a short period as frontend development into senior design roles where I help teams understand users, explore problems properly, and turn messy ideas into usable, thoughtful product experiences. I use the Double Diamond and Lean UX, run workshops, and shape ways of working that help product teams move forward (and yes, sometimes that means herding designers, developers and stakeholders on the right path 😅).

Tre Skandinavien (Hi3G Access AB) was founded in 2000 with the goal of rethinking mobile communication. Today, Tre runs its own 3G, 4G, and 5G networks across Sweden and Denmark, serving 98–99% of the population and employing around 2,000 people.
I work across the e-commerce site and self-service app, turning complex business goals into communicative and self-explaining, user-centered journeys.
Highlights:
🤝 Supporting cross-functional teams with UX direction, from hands-on designs, flows and prototypes to discovery and testing.
⚙️ Improving design operations: Figma structure, design sprint planning, basic design metrics, ways of working on UX research and methods.
📣 Driving accessibility awareness (EAA) through org-wide sessions and embedding accessibility in everyday design decisions. Built an AI agent to upskill designers.
🏎️ Reduced friction in checkout by aligning payment and delivery flows with user expectations and mental models, helping customers feel more confident throughout the purchase.

Stryda (formerly G-Loot) was an esports platform that transformed into a social hub for gamers, focusing on fun, community, and gameplay sharing. In 2023, it embraced an AI-driven vision to enhance the gaming experience.
I worked on an evolving esports and gaming platform, from competitive products to a more social, AI-enhanced experience.
Highlights:
🚀 Part of the UX strategy during the transition from G-Loot to Stryda, shaping product direction and design operations.
🛤️ Designed end-to-end experiences and strengthened the design system together with UI and engineering.
🧠 Ran workshops and design sprints, mentored designers and interns, and helped teams use insights more consistently.
💪 Brought together UX, Customer Support, Community, BI and CRM into a shared collaboration team where we connected KPIs with triangulated user insights and aligned customer-facing decisions across the company.

Knowit is a Nordic digital consultancy with about 3,900 employees across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, and Poland . They deliver user-centered, sustainable digital solutions across sectors like education, healthcare, and e‑commerce—combining design, tech, communication, and strategy.
I led UX and UI work for several clients in public and private sectors, often from early discovery to tested concepts.
🪁 Design, research, flows, and prototypes for services at Skolverket, Telia, Arbetsförmedlingen, MTR, Show Security and others.
🔮 Facilitated workshops like impact mapping and design studios to align teams around user needs.
🕯️ Helped clients improve UX maturity and ways of working, while mentoring trainees inside Knowit and being part of the Knowit Development Advisory Board.
I use the Double Diamond and Lean UX as a starting point, but always shape the process around the team I’m working with. I believe UX is a team sport, not something you do alone. I’ve also built UI libraries and maintained design systems to keep things consistent and easy to work with.
I run interviews and usability tests, and combine them with analytics and screen recordings to understand behaviour and pain points. The part I love most is connecting all the dots, spotting the patterns, and turning them into stories the whole team can learn from.
I mentor designers and colleagues interested in UX, host UX sessions, and facilitate workshops that create alignment and momentum.
I help teams move from “Wild West” decision-making to clearer priorities, shared goals and better balance between user and business needs.
