Skolverket
2019-2020 | UX Lead & UI Designer
At Skolverket, I played a key role in the design of the new website, Utbildningsguiden, and the re-design of Lärportalen. My responsibilities included usability testing, impact mapping, user flows and crafting wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes. I also created a customized style guide for Utbildningsguiden based on Skolverket’s graphic profile, ensuring a strong focus on accessibility (WCAG 2.1).
MTR
2018-2019 | UX Lead & UI Designer
At MTR, I led the translation of the design of the existing app into Google’s Material Design for a backup system project. Additionally, I conceptualized and proposed solutions for a new section where employees could report specific incidents during work. In this role, I assisted in defining requirements and user scenarios for the new section based on insights from the organization and MTR’s end-users. My tasks also involved testing and project management.

2018 | UX & UI Designer
The assignment involved two projects. In the first project, we developed a new design based on the Swedish Public Employment Service’s new visual identity for their Android version of the Platsbanken app, with a focus on Google’s Material Design. The second project aimed to create a concept for a specific target audience on Platsbanken. We presented three concepts, proceeding with the one that the Swedish Public Employment Service found most beneficial for their audience. The project included benchmarking, research, wireframing, and usability testing with a prototype of the chosen concept.
SHOW SECURITY SWEDEN
2017-2018 | UX & UI Designer
Show Security, a major player in concert security in Sweden, enlisted Knowit to develop a new system for event and personnel management, including administrative aspects like payroll. Leading workshops with the team, client, and users, I crafted proto-personas, customer journeys, and system requirements. Deliverables included a design guide, moodboards, wireframes, conceptual sketches, and a hi-fi prototype for aligning with client and developers for implementation.
